Please provide the following
information in your email:

Description of your project.
Please supply details of the development process, any collaboration, frameworks,
etc.

Physical description of your
proposed exhibit. If you can supply pictures and links, that is ideal.

Will you be supplying handouts
to attendees ? If provided, MSLMA cannot reimburse for copying.

A Conference Binder will contain
a page with a BRIEF description of your exhibit, with links, and
contact information. Please supply this information by September 30th to
be included in the Conference Binder.

Will you require an electrical
outlet? You must bring your own cords and a power strip.

Do you need space for an easel?
Tabletop easels are ideal, but you may request floor space - it cannot
be guaranteed. You must provide the easel.
SPECIFICATIONS
for the exhibits:
-
Space: Exhibits must fit on
a 6' tabletop. Please specify any special space needs, but there
is no guarantee.
There is NO wall space.

Tri-Fold project display board
is ideal, but not mandatory.
-
Easels (provided by the exhibitor)
should be placed on the table; requested floor space for an easel may
not be granted due to space restrictions and fire laws.

Electrical outlets available,
but no internet. You must bring your own cords and a power strip.

Setup: Sunday October 23rd,
12 Noon to 3:00 PM
-
Dismantling will take place
on Monday, October 24th after 4:00 PM
-
You do NOT need to "man" your
exhibit, but are welcome to be present. The exhibit should be self-explanatory.

Exhibitors in the Exploratorium
will receive 15 PDPs
-
Note: Members who exhibited
at the State House in April 2005 are encouraged to exhibit again;
5 PDPs will be awarded for
the same exhibit.
